Douglas W. Phillips, Esq., is the president of The Vision Forum, Inc. which is based in San Antonio, Texas. He also serves as adjunct professor of apologetics for the Institute for Creation Research. He is a graduate of the George Mason School of Law, and is a constitutional attorney. He served for six years with the Home School Legal Defense Association. He is the son of the Honorable Howard Phillips, a member of the NRA Board of Advisors. Doug is married to Beall Phillips and the father of seven children.
