National Reform Association ==>Christian Statesman ==>November - December 2002 ==>New NRA President
The National Reform Association is pleased to welcome John A. Fielding III as its new president. John was selected to the position by the Board of Directors at the November 15 meeting of the Board. John has served on the NRA Board of Directors for the past 8 years and is well suited to lead the NRA forward (see his excellent inaugural address on pages 4-9). John holds the following degrees: J.D. (Temple University, 1992), M.A. (Temple University, 1986), M.Div. (Reformed Episcopal Seminary, 1983), B.A. (Washington Bible College, 1980); and is a practicing attorney in Berks County Pennsylvania. John co-authored Covenant and Consensus in the Local Church, contributed a chapter in Explicitly Christian Politics, and his articles have appeared in The Christian Statesman and The Journal of Christian Reconstruction. He has run for the office of State Representative and is very active in Berks County Politics. He and his wife, Patti, reside with their two children near Reading, Pennsylvania.
The NRA thanks its former president, Jeffrey Ziegler, for his three years of service in that office. Jeff's labor and vision have helped to shape the direction of the NRA and did much to raise its visibility.
